If you haven’t heard, we’re doing a festival!

Stareable Fest!

July 20-22, 2018 in Tribeca. Submit here.

We want to make this the best experience possible, focusing on:

  • Classes and panels about how to work more effectively
  • Networking events dedicated to finding new collaborators
  • Awards honoring outstanding achievement
  • Strategic access to industry looking to discover “the next great voice”

Click here to tell us what you want to see in the festival. We’ll comb through the ideas and include the best ones in our festival. If yours is chosen, you’ll win an Industry Badge to the festival and we’ll credit you at the event itself!

  1. Change name to Bri Fest.
  2. Give Bri all the awards.
  3. Profit

I know we’ve done some #WebSeriesChat’s in the past where the topic was ‘what makes a good festival’ and the answer almost always comes down to industry contacts, and a distant second being great opportunities to mingle. A huge win would be if you could actually get a large group of unconnected third parties to show up to the screenings… which is kind of the holy grail of web fests right now.

You don’t think people would be suspicious/dismissive if you told them you (Bri) won a bunch of awards at Bri Fest, which you (Bri) work for?

(Bri Castellini) #7

Only if by “suspicious/dismissive” you mean “on theme and well-earned”

I can’t input my email address on that form - it’s greyed out!
